I have the hardest time with boys. I have always liked them, but never had one like me in return. I am in high school and it seems like everyone has a boyfriend except me. Please give advice on how and why to either catch one or be comfortable with not having one.
I'm going to lean toward the "being comfortable with not having one" rather than trying to catch one. :)

I know it can seem like all the girls have boyfriends, but that's simply not the case. And the girls with boyfriends now may seem happier, but if you could fast forward a few weeks, months or years, I guarantee you will be the happy one—free of regret, broken hearts and all the baggage that comes from dating around. One day those girls will look at you and say to themselves, "Man, she gets to enter into marriage with her whole heart. I wish I could be her." So keep that in mind during the lonely times now. It may seem that you're "missing out", but I can tell you from experience, you're not lacking any good thing by being single in high school. Satan would love you to think that you're missing out on all the fun, but you're not. Trust me!

And while you focus on becoming more like Christ and wait patiently on God for that special relationship, surround yourself with people, Scripture, and music that will remind you that contentment with godliness is great gain (that's from 1 Timothy 6:6).

Love,
Jessie
